Study On Enterprise Value Evaluation Of Online Games Based On Improved EVA Method

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet economy and the upgrading of smart mobile terminals,the Internet entertainment market represented by online games has become increasingly hot,and more and more capital has begun to seize this cake.At the same time,more and more online game companies choose to go public in this period,equity transactions are more and more frequent,and the evaluation of its value has become the focus of people's attention.Online ga me enterprises have the characteristics of high profitability,high risk,light assets,etc.,through analysis,this paper believes that the applicability of traditional methods to online game enterprises is poor,so a suitable evaluation method for online game enterprises is urgently needed,which should be paid attention to in the academic and practical circles.Economic value added(EVA),as a kind of value evaluation index,is usually applied to the evaluation of enterprise performance and other fields.In recent years,more and more scholars have applied this index to the evaluation of enterprise value,and believe that this index can greatly improve the accuracy of evaluation.Compared with the traditional method,the biggest characteristic of Eva is that it takes into account the shareholder equity capital,deducts it from the net after-tax operating profit,and makes some necessary adjustments to accounting items,so as to measure the profitability of enterprises more scientifically and accurately and provide a more powerful basis for enterprise value evaluation.For investors,enterprise value assessment can help them find undervalued enterprises in the market,make more rational investment and reduce investment risk.For enterprise managers,it provi des decision-making basis for them to understand enterprise value,pursue long-term development of the enterprise,enhance internal value of the enterprise and realize the maximization of enterprise value.This article first analyzes the overall development of Internet and online game industry in China,this paper expounds the restrictions in terms of the traditional methods in the online game enterprise value evaluation,and analyzes the EVA method,the advantages of online game enterprises in and proposed in view of the online game enterprises on the basis of dynamic capital structure of the improved method,finally with the examples of WUHU SHUNRONG SANQI INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.by instance analysis EVA the applicability of the method in the online game enterprise value assessment,and put forward the improvement opinion.
