Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Willingness To Trust Land

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the basic management system in rural areas should be consolidated and perfected,the land reform should be deepened,the right's separation system should be perfected,the production system and the management system should be constructed,and various forms of scale management should be developed,a new type of agricultural management subject should be cultivated,agricultural socialized service system should be cultivated,realizing the organic link between small farmers and the development of modern agriculture.the first document of the government(2017)proposed to vigorously cultivate the new type of agricultural management subject and service main body through the circulation of management right.Share cooperation,contract farming,land trust,and other ways to speed up the development of land circulation,service and other types of scale management.Land trust is an important service model for realizing large-scale agricultural operation and topics of great concern to the Party and the state.Through the centralized and connected trust of rural land,we can achieve large-scale,intensive,mechanized,specialized production of land.It will greatly reduce the input of agricultural means of production,improve the efficiency of agricultural production and management,and realize the healthy,efficient and sustainable development of modern agriculture.Taking Harbin as the research area and farmers as the main body,this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to identify the influencing factors of farmers' land trust.Defining rural land circulation,rural land trusteeship and rural land trusteeship subject and values,using 342 rural households in Wuchang and Bayan.the paper analyzes the main demand for rural land trust in Harbin.The main body of supply and main mode,comparing and analyzing the changes of economic benefit,resource utilization,risk control and labor flow during before and after rural land trusteeship,it is concluded that the quality of farmers in trust land is not high,supervision of trust government is missing,laws and regulations are inadequate andtrust organizations are not perfect.Based on the TPB,this paper analyzes the basic framework,focusing on three aspects: farmers' behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavior control.The basic theoretical framework of influencing factors of farmers' land trusteeship will be set up in dimension,and Logistic model is selected to prove that the factors affecting farmers' land trusteeship are family income,labor transfer,risk sharing,village cadres,social relationship,family economic conditions,agricultural ability,age and physical health.Then,it puts forward some suggestions:stimulating the endogenous driving force of farmers' land trusteeship,perfecting the laws and regulations of rural land trusteeship,establishing the supervision mechanism of rural land trusteeship.
