Study On Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Land Custody In Shenyang

The decentralized management based on the household contract responsibility system has gradually reduced the land,increased production costs,and reduced the land output rate.In order to promote moderate scale operations,the Third Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the circulation of land contractual management rights and developed various forms of moderate-scale operations.However,with the continuous development of land circulation,problems such as ownership disputes and changes in land use have emerged,which to a certain extent have inhibited the process of land circulation.Under this background,land escrow,which can guarantee farmers' right to land contractual management and can achieve moderate scale operations,emerged as the times require.In recent years,in order to promote a moderate scale of operations,the Shenyang region has also implemented a land custody policy.This paper studies the farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship in Shenyang and analyzes the influencing factors.It is found that the objective law of land trusteeship in Shenyang region provides valuable countermeasures for implementing the process of land trusteeship in Shenyang.Through the combination of field research and literature reading,the summary,effectiveness,and problems of land custody in Shenyang were summarized.Combine research data and use Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship.The analysis results show that there are 7 significant factors that affect farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship,namely,the ease of employment of non-agricultural farmers,lack of agricultural implements,cognition of land trusteeship,crop planting income,family agricultural labor force,and custody prices.,payment methods.Among them,household owners' non-agricultural employability,lack of agricultural implements,cognition of land trusteeship,crop planting income,payment methods and farmers' willingness to participate in land custody are positively related;family labor force,custody prices and farmer participation in land trusteeship Willingness is negatively related.Based on the results of empirical analysis,and combined with the actual situation in Shenyang,we put forward five proposals for countermeasures: increase propaganda,deepen the farmers' cognition of land trusteeship,guide the farmers to non-agricultural employment,strengthen the service of custody organizations,and improve land custody.Policies and regulations;strengthen financial support and innovative business models.
