Research On Promoting The Development Of Domestic Service Industry By Fuzhou Municipal Government

With the rapid development of social economy and the great richness of people's material life,people's demand for domestic service is exploding,and the development of domestic service industry has entered the fast lane.As an important part of the tertiary industry,domestic service industry is a sunrise industry with great potential for development.It has a very important significance in increasing the employment of residents,improving people's lives,and adjusting the industrial structure.However,the domestic service industry is still in a relatively low-end stage of development,facing supply and demand,market disorder and other difficulties,the development status is not optimistic.In order to meet the rapidly expanding demand for domestic service,how to further develop government functions,make up for the "market failure",strengthen support and guidance for domestic service industry,and promote the rapid and healthy development of domestic service industry has become an urgent problem for local government,which is also the focus of this study.Based on the theory of market failure and government intervention and the theory of service-oriented government,this paper makes a comprehensive study of the development of domestic service industry in Fuzhou by using the methods of literature research,field investigation,interview,questionnaire and case analysis.Firstly,by consulting the relevant literature,we can understand the relevant research results at home and abroad,grasp the concepts and theoretical basis of domestic service,domestic service industry,government functions,market failure and government intervention,service-oriented government and so on.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,interview and questionnaire,from the perspective of supply,demand and satisfaction of domestic service industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of domestic service industry in Fuzhou,and points out the problems existing in the domestic service industry in Fuzhou.Thirdly,from the perspective of government functions,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of domestic service industry in Fuzhou,expounds the necessity,management mechanism and policy measures of the government to promote the development of domestic service industry,affirms the effect of the Fuzhou government in promoting the development of domestic service industry,and sums up the problems in promotion the domestic service industry by Fuzhou municipal government.There are problems in management mechanism,laws and regulations,system construction,policy guidance,'personnel security and social security.Finally,using the case analysis method and drawing lessons from the experiences and Enlightenment of the governments of Hong Kong,Shanghai and Qingdao in promoting the development of domestic service industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of straightening out the management mechanism,perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening the system construction,increasing policy support,providing personnel guarantee and improving social security,so as to provide policies for promoting the healthy development of domestic service industry for reference resources..
