Shanghai has witnessed so many developments since the First Opium War between China and Britain in 1842,thus it become the highest modernization city of China.Shanghai ranks first in the country with 89.12%permanent urbanization rate,which has a permanent population of more than24 million.However,more than a million people still live in rural areas in Shanghai in the broad sense.And the real life still shows the pattern of the dual system of urban and rural despite the continuous years of urban-rural integration and relatively high series of supporting levels.That is,there are many obvious differences between the bustling world famous metropolis and the shrinking and bleak rural areas in shanghaiThe paper is based on the rural financial innovation under the background of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,taking the comprehensive investment and financing of Shanghai as the research object.The author refers to the theories and research on financial investment of the urban-rural joint department at home and abroad,analyse the rural internal and external environment of Shanghai and preliminary conclude the development direction and strategy of agricultural industry to accelerate the construction of urban-rural integration in Shanghai.
