In recent years,social and government have been paying much attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products,but the incidents about the safety of agricultural products still occur frequently.Therefore,we should still pay attention on the production and operation of agricultural enterprises.Agricultural dragon-head enterprises have a strong leading role in regional economic development,and can be used as an important link between farmers and big market,promote the development of rural economy and become the important support for agricultural production transformation.Especially in the fulfillment of social responsibility,the agricultural dragon-head enterprises have the social responsibility to increase farmers' income,promote community employment,charitable donations and protect the environment.There are many factors that affect the direction of enterprise development.Leaders are the key factors.Therefore,leaders are very important to the management of enterprises.This paper focuses on the agricultural dragon-head enterprises in Jiangsu Province and studies the influence of leadership style,corporate social responsibility and the enterprise performance.The leadership style is divided into transformational leadership and transactional leadership,corporate social responsibility behavior is divided into five dimensions of customer responsibility,community responsibility,environmental responsibility,charitable responsibility and staff responsibility,the enterprise performance is divided into economic performance,social performance and environmental performance.This paper uses the pre-research and formal research for data collection,we select the three provincial agricultural dragon-head enterprises in Siyang,Huaian,Jiangsu province as samples of the pre-survey questionnaire,and then start the formal research in 20 cities(district?county)in Jiangsu province.There are 183 data as the final data.In this paper,the reliability,validity,correlation analysis,factor analysis and structural equation analysis are carried out with SPSS22.0 and PLS2.0.Through data analysis,we find that transformational leaders can improve economic performance by performing customer responsibility and charitable responsibility,improve social performance through the performance of staff' responsibilities,and improve environmental performance by performing environmental responsibility and staff responsibility.Transactional leadership can improve corporate economic performance by performing charitable liability,and improve environmental performance by fulfilling staff responsibilities.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions for corporate management.
