With the development of socio-economic, corporate social responsibility is more and more important. The progress of society, science and technology development Prompted People to Pay more attention to corporate social responsibility. Understanding the mechanism of evolution and the evolution of corporate social responsibility will benefit the community to research and development the theory of corporate social responsibility better.The connotation of corporate social responsibility is Proposed and updated constantly. This Paper analyses the study on corporate social responsibility, which based on the evolution of corporate social responsibility from the Perspective of economic management to analyze the mechanism of the evolution of corporate social responsibility and to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate Performance.At present, there are many companies beginning to pay attention to focus on corporate social responsibility, but there are still some companies which do not pay enough attention to. It fulfill enterprise’s social responsibility affects the corporate Performance, which are not willing to undertake social responsibility. This article analysis analyses two elaborate on the issue of enterprise performance from a qualitative description of theoretical and empirical quantitative.This article has a review of relevant literature firstly. Second, this respectively from enterprise social responsibility and Dang period enterprise performance, and enterprise social responsibility and late enterprise performance, and enterprise Performance and Dang period enterprise social responsibility, and enterprise performance and late enterprise social responsibility, this four aspects on both relationship for research, and to2009—2011in China42home listed company of panel data for research samples, through using SPSS16.0software. It used description sexual statistics, and correlation analysis, and regression analysis of method on the problem for research.Theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of this paper proved:corporate social responsibility and performance correlation exists not only between the data in the same year. At the same time there is lag enterprises actively fulfill enterprise’s social responsibility and good performance of the enterprise can form a virtuous cycle. Better do the contribution for the development of enterprises, also promoting a favorable market environment have a positive meaning.
