Postal Savings Agency Financial Compliance Risk Management Studies

In recent years,compliance risk has gradually become an important risk faced by Chinese commercial Banks in addition to credit risk,market risk and operational risk.With the release of the guidelines on compliance risk management of commercial Banks,compliance risk management has attracted extensive attention of domestic banking industry.Since its establishment on December 31,2006,China postal savings bank has attached great importance to risk management.At the beginning of its establishment,it set up a risk compliance department separately to strengthen risk management and prevention and control.However,the agency finance line under postal enterprises is still a long way from the formation of comprehensive and effective risk prevention and control system due to the low degree of professionalism and low quality of personnel.This paper discusses and studies the risk management of agency finance of postal savings from the perspective of compliance risk management of J post company.The main content of this paper is as follows: first,the background and significance of the topic,the content and research methods of the paper are introduced.Secondly,it expounds the concept definition and basic theory,analyzes the basic concepts of bank compliance risk and bank counter business operation risk,and interprets the theory of operational risk management,which becomes an important reference basis for this study.Thirdly,the status quo and investigation analysis of financial compliance risk management of the branch company in J city.This part mainly introduces the agency financial compliance risk of J city branch,including the development history,current situation,existing problems of the agency finance of J city branch and the description of the scientific and technological means of the agency financial compliance of J city branch.Fourthly,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of acting financial compliance risk in J city branch and probes into the problems and causes of acting financial compliance risk management in J city branch from five aspects.Fifth,countermeasures and Suggestions for acting financial compliance risk management of J branch.The application includes the development of compliance risk management culture,compliance risk management system and compliance risk management information system,to assist in the process of financial business compliance risk management optimization.Sixth,analyze the conclusion and prospect of this paper,summarize the main research results of this paper,and put forward the direction for further exploration in the future for the part not fully covered in the research.
