Research On The Development Of City Commercial Banks' Retail Business From The Perspective Of Smart City

Since 1995,the establishment of local city commercial banks has started gradually.Over the past two decades,urban commercial banks have grown rapidly with their regional advantages and occupied a place in the banking market.At the same time,the development of retail business of city commercial banks is facing bottlenecks.This paper systematically studies the retail business of city commercial banks by means of literature analysis and case analysis.By consulting the literature,drawing on the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of retail business of urban commercial banks.This paper studies the impact of Smart City on retail business of commercial banks,and puts forward the development strategy of retail business of urban commercial banks.This paper takes HX Bank as the specific research object,through the analysis of its retail business development status,existing problems and competitiveness,and combined with the current situation of HX Bank's participation in the construction of smart city,puts forward the development strategies and Countermeasures of HX Bank's retail business under the background of Smart City.That is to set up the strategy of focusing on customer experience and providing differentiated services.At the same time,it puts forward the Countermeasures of optimizing service channels,reserving compound talents,building advanced information system and developing product innovation and application.HX Bank can develop retail business by relying on citizen card to carry out cross-border cooperation,mining industry cooperation data and carrying out accurate marketing.At the end of this paper,we put forward suggestions for the development of retail business of city commercial banks against the background of Smart City.city commercial banks should give full play to regional resource advantages and strive for more retail customer resources.With the help of new technological means,the research and development of banking retail financial products can be realized.City commercial banks actively cooperate with the government,participate in the construction of intelligent medical care and education,and establish a new consumer ecosphere.I hope this article can provide new ideas for the development of retail business in other cities in China.
