Research On Property Right System Reform Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations

Xi Jinping pointed out that from now on to the year of 2002,it is a decisive period for building a welloff society in an all-round way.The construction of new countryside is the most arduous and arduous task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.To accelerate the modernization of our country,we must promote rural modernization.The large rural population is the national condition of our country.Only by promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and promoting better development of rural areas and farmers can we ensure that all the people share the fruits of economic and social development,and constantly expand domestic demand and promote sustainable and healthy economic development.Based on the household contract responsibility system,rural collective economic organizations have made great achievements after more than 20 years of reform and practice,thus improving the level of rural productivity and promoting the rapid development of rural collective economy.However,under the situation of rapid urbanization,rural areas in economically developed areas and coastal areas are facing the non-agricultural transfer of resources.The changes of external environment and self-development are forcefully promoting the new changes of rural collective economy.The traditional property rights system in these areas is gradually being replaced by new forms such as joint-stock cooperation and company system,which has led to many changes in rural collective economic organizations.With the deepening of reform and opening-up and urbanization,the process of rural economic and social transformation has accelerated,and social relations have undergone fundamental changes.The original business model has highlighted the drawbacks,and can not meet the current requirements of market economy development.Taking Q Town in T District as an example,this paper designs the property right system reform model of rural collective economic organizations by summarizing the experience and achievements of advanced areas.Property right system reform of rural collective economic organizations should fundamentally break away from the traditional mode that is not suitable for the development of rural productive forces,innovate the management mechanism,management mechanism and distribution mechanism of collective assets,and improve the efficiency of collective assets management.To maximize the protection of the rights and interests of rural economic organizations and their members,and promote the increase of farmers' income.While giving farmers the right to reform,we can realize the preservation and increase of collective economic assets,thus protecting the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and achieving social stability.This article takes the property right system reform of rural collective economic organizations as the starting point.This paper analyses the present situation of the property right system of rural collective economic organizations in China,probes deeply into the necessity and mode of the reform of the property right system of rural collective economic organizations in China,and puts forward new ideas for the reform of the property right system of rural collective economic organizations in light of the current situation in China,so as to develop the rural collective economy in China.Contribute to the exhibition.Based on the analysis of the basic ideas of property right system reform of rural collective economic organizations in Q town of T district,this paper discusses a suitable way for its reform,and puts forward the basic ideas and reform objectives.Through the investigation and analysis of cases,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the property rights system of rural collective economic organizations in China,and makes logical reasoning and theoretical generalization on the basis of empirical analysis.Finally,it puts forward effective means of property right system reform of rural collective economic organizations,and combines with cases,in order to provide basis for the development of rural collective economic organizations.
