The postal savings bank is a state-owned bank.,while promoting the overall economic development of the country,vigorously develops and popularizes the related work of financial concepts.It not only carries out the related financial business well in urban areas,but also brings financial services into the countryside,actively serves agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The postal savings bank has a large scale and a wide range of business,focusing on serving the customers.As a new profit growth point of commercial banks,high net worth customer maintenance has attracted wide attention in recent years.However,the operation and management of the Postal Savings Bank in high net worth customer maintenance is still very weak,even because of positioning constraints,many customer maintenance and development measures are in vain,this time it is necessary to consider how to focus on solving the high net worth customer maintenance problems.Private banking business has the characteristics of stability and high profitability,and plays an important role in the maintenance of high net worth customers in foreign commercial banks.Postal savings bank can imitate other bank's private banking operation mode,absorb domestic and foreign private banking operation experience,and carry out high net worth customer maintenance.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of high net value customer maintenance business of postal savings bank,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for high net value customer maintenance of postal savings bank through the analysis and experience of private banking business of other banks.This article is divided into six chapters to discuss the countermeasures and suggestions for the maintenance of high net worth customers of N branch of postal savings bank.The first chapter introduces the purpose,method and innovation of the research.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis related to the content of this article.Chapter 3 investigates the status quo of high net worth customer maintenance in N Branch of Postal Savings Bank,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high net worth customer maintenance in N Branch of Postal Savings Bank.The fourth chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign private banking business model,and summarizes the experience of high net worth customer maintenance in private banking business of each bank.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions on maintaining high net worth customers of N branch of postal savings bank.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.Based on the demand of high net value customers and Maslow's demand theory and 4C theory,this paper conducts a survey on high net value customers and customer managers of N branch of Postal Savings Bank,analyzes the favorable and unfavorable conditions of the market environment of N branch of Postal Savings Bank,and analyzes and compares the operation modes of private banking at home and abroad.The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the maintenance of high net worth customers in N Branch of Postal Savings Bank from the aspects of institution setup,manpower training,channel establishment,infrastructure construction,brand image and so on.
