At present,the proportion of elderly people over 60 years old in China has reached 17.3%far exceeding the international standards for assessing the aging society.This means that our country has entered the aging state.If these conditions can not be properly resolved,it will bring serious economic burden and social instability.Therefore,we need to attach great importance to the problem of aging society.The traditional Chinese idea is to rely on children to provide for the aged.It is hard for only child to bear these pressures alone.Commercial endowment insurance products are diverse in form,flexible and professional in service.It can complement the endowment insurance market very well.Due to the late start of commercial endowment insurance,the government makes the insufficient impetus.The participation rate of commercial endowment insurance is low.This article will take CITIC-PrudentialInsurance Company.Ltd(CPL)as an example to analyze the influencing factors of commercial endowment insurance participation.Put forward targeted business promotion,and propose to promote the development of commercial pension insurance market.This paper collects survey information by issuing questionnaires to customers.Summarizing scholars studied the research of commercial endowment insurance.Clear the key factors of commercial pension insurance participation and eliminate the less influential reference indicators.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the insurance company's customer group,the qualitative aspects of the index have been adjusted.This paper makes a basic analysis of the factors influencing the participation of commercial endowment insurance from four perspectives: personal condition,family environment cognition,degree of insurance company.Then a regression model is established to empirically analyze the influencing factors of commercial endowment insurance participation.The factors that affect the insurance of commercial endowment insurance are obvious,including healthy,income,cognition of commercial endowment insurance,guaranteesatisfaction,service satisfaction.Health indicators are interrelated with buying commercial endowment insurance.Other indicators are positively correlated.Finally,the paper analyzes the background and development status of CPLinsurance company,and puts forward the deficiencies of commercial endowment insurance business at this stage.Combined with the results of empirical analysis,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.First,CPL insurance company should actively develop multi-level commercial endowment insurance products to improve the product system according to market demand.Second,CPL insurance company should innovates propaganda mode,optimizes sales promotion strategy,enhancing CPL insurance company's image and influence,enhancing market competitiveness.Third,improve the quality of insurance agents and improve the service quality of enterprises.At the same time,it gives policy recommendations from the government's perspective,including improving the legal system of commercial endowment insurance,strengthening the supervision system of commercial endowment insurance,strengthening business endowment insurance asset management service construction,Promoting the informatization construction of commercial endowment insurance.
