Facing the historic development opportunity of the "consumption age",the continuous progress of information technology and the gradual improvement of financial system,and the challenge of the increasingly fierce competition in the industry and the impact of Internet finance,the operating environment of retail business of commercial banks is undergoing profound changes.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of retail banking,analyzes the basic situation of J bank's retail business development,then based on SWOT analysis model,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by J bank in developing retail business,and finally puts forward the specific strategies for J bank to develop retail business.Starting with the new normal and new trend of commercial bank's retail business development,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the development of retail business,Combined with J bank retail business product characteristics and main management practices,comprehensively analyzes the actual situation of J bank's retail business development and the problems in its development,and points out that J bank should enhance the strategic positioning of retail business and focus on customers.Maintenance,product innovation,linkage marketing,big data application and team building to promote the development strategy of retail business.In the aspect of customer development,enhance the intensive customer management ability and customer managers'professional service ability to lay a solid foundation for individual customers.In terms of product innovation,we should combine local characteristics,focus on public transport,living expenses,government livelihood,high-frequency consumption,cross-border payment and other key areas,to create a large-scale and effective financial ecosphere,enhance the ability to receive and live customers.In the aspect of linkage marketing,we should strengthen the retail comprehensive evaluation and strengthen the positive interaction between the public and the retailers.In the application of large data,it is necessary to set up a large data team,research and analysis for key customers,release data productivity,and improve the accuracy of customer service and marketing.In the aspect of team building,we should strengthen the professional team building and the professional concentration ability training of the customer managers.
