Postal service belongs to the national public utilities and aims to provide public services.It is one of the public services supported and advocated by the government.The postal service belongs to the national public service and aims to provide public services for people.It is one of the public services supported and advocated by the government.Postal and telecommunications are run separately from the mix.China Post began the transition from traditional post to modern postal service.The postal market opens and emphasizes a variety of forms of universal service.At the same time,with the development of the e-commerce market,the market competition is intensifying,the private express and the capital are pouring in,the pressure of the postal service is increasing.The post should rely on improving its management ability and promoting the public service level.Postal actively integrated into the field of government public services,is committed to creating an integrated convenient service platform,strengthen top-level design,accelerate the integration of channels,customers,professionals and other resources,and constantly enrich the convenience of service functions.This paper mainly uses the literature review method and the questionnaire survey method.After detailed understanding of the universal postal service history situation,the related manage theoretical basis and the related literature review,we understand and investigation of universal postal service status of the specific area of Tianjin,grasp the current state of universal postal service,in-depth analysis to find its shortcomings of management process.According to the current situation and existing problem,combined with the advanced manage experience at home and abroad,put forward the corresponding management measures,promote the development of universal postal service in Tianjin,provide quality,convenient and efficient postal service to the user.The survey found that the current Tianjin universal postal service management exist in the public postal service quality remains to be improved,to improve the quality of service delivery,postal services and there is a gap in the general service regulation of postal universal service and so on.This situation requires us to innovative business model of postal service in Tianjin,strength the construction of ability of delivering,strengthen the construction of postal infrastructure,build customer experience mode of postal service in Tianjin,strengthen the construction of the cadre staff,improve employees' well-being and strengthen supervision.
