Research On The Risk Evaluation Of Trade Finance Of A Branch Of ZG Bank

With the increasingly fierce competition of import and export trade,enterprises in order to obtain sufficient capital and need Banks provide trade financing services,so the bank trade financing business develop rapidly.Nowadays,the international economic situation is becoming tense,and the trade activities are becoming complex,and the risk of trade finance is a concerning topic.Effective risk assessment is an important part of management and control of the trade finance risk,which cause the trade finance uncollectible.Therefore,it is particularly important for banks to take comprehensive and effective risk assessment on the trade financing business.There are lots of risk assessment methods,which have their own advantages and disadvantages.Taking the limitations of dynamics and overall evaluation into account,and considering the trade finance risk are correlated,but are not linear related;It is not easy to determine the contact and impact between the risk,but its impact is to consider factors,so this paper chooses BP neural network to evaluate the risk of trade finance,which has important theoretical and practical significance to the study of trade financing risk of ZG bank A branch and other commercial banks.This paper collected a large number of domestic and foreign literature about the trade finance and risk of commercial Banks,and visit the A branch of the bank to know trade finance development situation and characteristics in recent years,the risk management and evaluation of trade finance,and the existing problems in the risk assessment mechanism.Through the analysis of the process of the import and export trade finance,summed up the risk factors of the import and export trade finance,built import and export trade finance risk evaluation index system.This paper collected 110 sample data of A branch of import and export trade finance,the 100 of them set as training group,and the 10 set as prediction group.Then,designed BP network structure,and constructed the BP neural network of trade finance risk assessment model,the training and prediction of sample data will provide a reference of trade financing risk assessment model for A branch of the bank.In the end,the paper provide some advice about the trade finance risk assessment mechanism of the A branch of the bank,such as strengthen trade financing risk prevention consciousness,improve trade finance credit management mode,set up the mechanism of talent training,improve the trade finance internal control system,to strengthen trade financing process of risk assessment and control,optimize trade financing risk assessment technology,perfected the trade finance risk assessment mechanism.It provides A branch of the bank with a significant reference of the healthy development of trade finance.
