With the development of handheld terminal industry,the printer industry has gradually entered the era of meager profit.The traditional assembly line method cannot meet the requirements of the fast and changeable market under the 2025 environment of manufacturing in China.The key to conform to the trend is to improve production efficiency,reduce production costs while effectively improving product quality,in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to design the intelligent logistics management and control scheme within the workshop of a manufacturing enterprise.In this paper,taking the DPK750 model of S Company's first workshop as the research object and through field research and related data collection,then find the deep reason of the problem by means of cause and effect analysis and puts forward the corresponding solutions.This paper mainly studies the two aspects of workshop field management and workshop logistics intelligent control,and analyzes and solves the problems of workshop layout unreasonable,material loading is still in the stage of artificial experience,and vehicle routing problem of material distribution is not reasonable.Especially considering the two NP hard problems of three-dimensional packing problem and vehicle routing problem,we explore and study the multi-objective function establishment,constraint condition analysis and design genetic algorithm of the joint problem.In the study of three-dimensional packing problem,consider the objective function for the minimum volume of waste rate in order to improve the efficiency of loading,and designed a genetic algorithm for its specific operation process;in the research of vehicle routing problem,consider the objective function for solving the shortest path distance in order to reduce the cost of distribution,and designed a genetic algorithm for its specific operation process.Finally,using the My Eclipse software design and implementation of Java program to solve the material assembly system algorithm,the optimum material loading scheme and vehicle routing,and a program of front display simulation results using Html and JavaScript language,so as to verify the validity and feasibility of the simulation case.The simulation results show that: after the scene management and the design of intelligent logistics management schemes,not only improve the workshop space utilization and loading efficiency,shorten the transportation distance,reduce the distribution cost of materials,and also provide a reference to solve the manufacturing enterprise production logistics intelligent control problem.
