Study On Credit Support Models Of Agricultural Supply Chain In Shanghe County

The development of agriculture has been the important area of national policy support,rural characteristic of environment and economic situation and the development of agriculture is very slow,the restraint of capital insufficiency,the agricultural credit,financial institutions in rural areas and coverage are very low occupancy rate,and financial institutions in rural areas of agricultural credit support also is very low,so the development of agriculture as a support the lack of financial institutions.With the attention of the policy and the attention of the country,the economic development and progress of rural areas have been continuous,and the credit support of agricultural supply chain has also appeared.The credit of agricultural supply chain provides strong financial support for the development of rural areas and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture.Based on this,this paper takes Shanghe county,Jinan city,Shandong province as an example to investigate and study the credit support mode of agricultural supply chain,which has strong practical significance.Based on the theory of information asymmetry and credit rationing theory,by means of case analysis and questionnaire survey research methods,credit support for shandong agricultural supply chain mode is studied,the study found that low Shanghe agricultural credit support,agricultural supply chain problems such as insufficient credit efficiency,slow development,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the actual situation of Shanghe agricultural credit support the development of supply chain,a further analysis of the construction of credit support mode of Shanghe agricultural supply chain,This study argues that Shanghe county should innovate the credit support mode of agricultural supply chain in Shanghe county from the mode of "agricultural capital leading enterprise + peasant household",the mode of "long-term cooperative warehousing enterprise + peasant household",the mode of "core downstream(acquisition/processing)enterprise + peasant household" and the mode of "agricultural enterprise + cooperative + peasant household".At the same time,the development of credit of agricultural supply chain in Shanghe county needs to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improving credit support of agricultural supply chain in Shanghe county from strengthening macro-management of agricultural supply chain,improving management level of agricultural supply chain,strengthening interest guarantee of participants,and standardizing supervision and service of agricultural supply chain.The innovation point of this study was based on the research of the credit support Shanghe region agricultural supply chain,analyzing the status quo of the agricultural supply chain credit support in Shanghe and problems,and puts forward the construction of credit support mode of Shanghe agricultural supply chain and the optimization strategy,innovative design of the new mode of agricultural supply chain credit support,and analyzes their advantages and applicability,of Shanghe agricultural development has a strong guiding significance.
