Finance lease is a kind of exotic,originally produced in the United States after World War II.Since introduced after reform and opening in China,the development of financing lease in our country has more than 30 years of history.In the thirty years,financing leasing development rapidly,emerging a large number of financial leasing companies.Financial leasing as a new financing way and the melting combined with an effective means of production,more and more recognized and accepted by the market.However,financing leasing space in our country have very big rise.No matter from market penetration or GDP permeability,o r there is a big gap between our country and developed countries.Financing leasing in China wants to catch up with developed countries,there is still a long way to go.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is one of the most dynamic force in the economic development of our country,which is the main economic pillars in our country.Early stage development of SMEs often require large amounts of money,but compared with the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises,SEMs has disadvantages,such as small size,short history,etc.,Banks and other financial institutions like the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.SMEs has long been neglected,facing the situation of financing difficulties.Compared to traditional Banks,financial leasing companies to learn more about industry,which can provide customized financial services for SMEs,matching their financial needs.Faced with such a large group of demand,the financial leasing industry can take the SMEs as the breakthrough point and take the SMEs as the center to develop personalized financial leasing schemes suitable for their needs.I believe that in the future,SMEs will be the main service groups,which can bring a lot of benefits to financing leasing.First of all,based on the theory of financing lease concept,this paper expounds the origin and development of financing lease,definition,theoretical basis and its dynamics,while teased out the overseas and domestic research status and the development of financial leasing,and at the same time according to the domestic small and medium-sized enterprise financing environment analysis,which shows that the current predicament and the reasons of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,and financial leasing is an effective way to help the SMEs.Secondly,according to the basic situation,business model and business characteristics of Company A,thorough the analysis of Company A,it can be seen,the company has been developing rapidly in recent years and its scale is constantly expanding.Meanwhile,there are many problems in the service of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as leasing model,asset management,lack of professional talents and so on.Finally,proposes the related countermeasure as for how to better serve small and medium-sized enterprises.Meanwhile,it's hoped that this research can offer some feasible suggestions for the development of financial leasing industry.
