Research On The Application Of Financial Leasing In China's Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the cornerstone of national economic.However,the financing problem has not been a good solution because of information asymmetry,the own reasons and the external service system is not perfect factors.To solve the problem of small and medium enterprises financing is repeatedly mentioned,widespread concern for development of economic.Compared with the traditional financing channels,the financial leasing has its unique advantages:low approval threshold,simple procedures,flexible leases,high matching of maturity and SME development.The financial leasing is an important breakthrough to solve the problem of SME financing.However,the relatively simple sources of financing leasing companies,the introduction of market supervision system can't keep up with the speed of development of the industry,financial leasing model innovation is necessary.This paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,and compares the advantages of financing leases in the financing channels of SMEs.Combined with mature foreign financing leasing environment and mode,the paper analyzes the innovation mode suitable for China's finance leasing,discusses the transaction structure and mode innovation of the finance lease for SMEs.This paper analyzes the advantages of financing leasing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and the business cooperation mode which can be selected according to the actual situation.The structure of this paper is as follows:First of all,the background of studying,ideas,innovation and shortcomings are introduced and combing the literature review in domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of financial leasing in China's small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,the current situation and existing problems of finance leasing in China's small and medium-sized enterprises is discussed in the paper,the existing financial leasing model at home and abroad is analyzed,and the successful experience is summed up.Finally,this paper studies the innovation of finance leasing model of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and discusses the advantages of financial leasing and its innovation model.
