The Rural Endowment Insurance System In Henan Province

A good solution to the issue of rural old-age care is to meet the needs of the elderly in rural areas for old-age support and for old age,as well as an important manifestation of our country's focus on solving people's livelihood issues.Only by improving the rural old-age insurance system can we meet the needs of the rural endowment better and solve the problem of rural pension better.The increasing trend of rural aging has brought unprecedented challenges to the rural endowment insurance system in Henan province.As a large agricultural province and a populous province,the aging of rural areas has been deepening year by year,which has,to a certain extent,limited the economic development of rural areas in Henan.In recent years,Henan Province has achieved good results in the implementation of the rural pension insurance system.However,due to the differences in economic level among rural areas,the demand for the old age is not the same.The old-age insurance system in rural areas can not completely solve the existing problems of rural old-age care.Therefore,the analysis and research on the development of the rural endowment insurance system in Henan Province during the current stage and various issues arising during the development process can provide a more accurate solution to each problem and help protect the legitimate rights and interests of residents in rural areas of Henan Province,share the fruits of social development,and promote the stability and economic development of urban and rural communities in Henan Province.This essay is composed of five parts.The first chapter introduces the background of the issue of rural pension insurance,the status of domestic research,as well as the methods,significance,key difficulties and innovations of the research.The second part mainly expounds the related concepts of rural endowment insurance and Marxist thoughts on social security.It particularly discusses the Chinese Communist Party's ideas on social security in detail.The third part describes the development course,status and necessity of development of rural endowment insurance system in Henan Province.It divides the development course of rural endowment insurance into four stages and expounds the achievements and existing problems of rural endowment insurance system in Henan province,the urgent need to develop the economic reasons for rural endowment insurance system,the livelihood needs and the future development of rural endowment insurance in Henan Province.The fourth part focuses on the existing problems of rural endowment insurance system in Henan Province,including the aspects of participating in insurance,fund management,fund raising and system convergence,and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of each problem.The fifth part,in view of the existing problems mentioned above,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the development of rural endowment insurance system in Henan Province from the perspective of government responsibility,hoping provide a reference for the development of rural endowment insurance system in Henan Province.
