The Bicycle industry has been from the traditional transport industry to the green,environmental,healthy and smart emerging industries.FuShida is an OEM-based integrated firm which specializes in the bike research and development,production and sales.Faced with the huge trend of bike industry transition,FuShida hopes to seize the opportunity to come to spring in the future.From the perspective of the research of international marketing strategy,this thesis chooses Fushida's marketing environment in the South Korea as the research object.In terms of the bicycle industry background and growing trend,the author has made an in-depth analysis of the company's marketing environment.In line with the problem finding and the problem-solving principles,the author will come up with the corresponding solutions for the South Korea's market expansion better.In this thesis,the author has made full use of PEST,Porter five force model,SWOT and other analytical methods to analyze the macro-and micro-environment in the South Korea's market about Fushida.Furthermore,it is a clear understanding of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges about the company,which makes base for the better Select strategy to set up a series of the detailed marketing theories for the company.From the perspective of 4PS analysis from the product,price,channel and promotion to make new plans,and put forward the protection of international market.The author hopes that the research findings are the common reference for Fushida and other bicycle companies in terms of globalization in a way.
