Research Of Siemens Improvement Suggestion System Digitalization Upgrade

At present,the customers customized requirements will sharply increase,all the customer want to timely purchase customized products and services with the highest quality and lowest price,which leads an unprecedented new challenge to factory.In response to this challenge,the German government officially published the Industrial 4.0 in 2013,which marks the beginning of the forth industrial revolution.The Chinese state council also released Made in China 2025 to face with the challenge of industrial revolution in a new round,hoping by realizing high integration of the information and automation technologies to systematically manage the whole supply chain in plan,source,make,delivery and customer return processes,and to reduce the time to market and cost,also improve efficiency,flexibility and quality.In this paper I puts the idea management system of M digital factory as the research object,discussing about how to realize digitalization and continuous improvement in entire SCM processes from plan,source,make,delivery and customer return;about how companies build idea management process and system to motivate all employees to participate in continuous improvement and helping companies to enhance competitiveness.By analyzing the current development situation of manufacturing and the competitive pressure faced with market,the paper goes deep into companies' digitalization and continuous improvement strategic selection in the whole supply chain.Idea management system is to encourage all employees to think together and join the continuous improvement activities by building up a high efficient and fair improvement proposal' submitting,evaluating and rewarding process and system.It can help the employee improve their competence,security and high efficient production environment;furthermore,it can strengthen employees' loyalty and ownership,in the same time all employees are inspired to participant and submit improvement ideas.Therefore,the company can keep leading competitiveness in the highly customization market.
