Research On Production Site Management Optimization In K Company Based On Theory Of Continuous Improvement

In recent years,due to major changes in the global industrial competition landscape and major changes in the domestic and international development environment,China's manufacturing industry is also facing unprecedented new challenges.Facing new challenges under the new normal,manufacturing companies urgently need to improve their management.The management level of an enterprise is one of the factors that play a decisive role in the competitiveness of the enterprise market.Site management is the basis for product realization and the source of value.The level of site management directly affects the product quality and economic benefits of the company.Strengthening management and continuous improvement are the core.Improvement is a technology.On-site improvement not only has management content,but also has technical content.It needs to master the correct management ideas,effective management methods,and scientific management tools in order to trace the source and solve the problem fundamentally.K company's production management optimization process based on continuous improvement theory is a long-term continuous improvement process.This thesis aims to study how to apply advanced management methods and technologies based on continuous improvement into K company's site management to reduce manufacturing costs,improve production efficiency,improve product quality,stimulate team morale,enhance innovation capabilities,and improve customer experience.To this end,this thesis starts by introducing continuous improvement theories and methods,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of K company's site management,addresses the issues that need to be resolved,and adopts continuous improvement methods to conduct site management optimization studies;built site management models based on continuous improvement theory;determine site management optimization strategies;and analyze and evaluate the results of practice.It is expected to have a certain guiding significance for the future field management and improvement of the company,the brothers factory and other similar enterprises.
