With the changes in the world energy pattern and the pressure of high oil prices, fierce market competition puts higher demands on enterprises to optimize production management, and the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)emerges as the times require. In various integrated automation systems,MES is connected to production management and production process control management to provide data measurement of the production process.Accurate process data is an important source of information for process status and is particularly important for business management. However, due to the inevitable random errors in the measurement, unbalanced and incomplete process data limits the application based on these data.As one of the core modules of MES,the data correction technology makes it meet the inherent physical and chemical laws and other constraints, and effectively estimates the unmeasured data, thus obtaining highly reliable and complete data coordination results,as process control, the foundation for optimization, simulation and business management. In this regard, this paper takes the petrochemical process industry as the background, and conducts in-depth research on the case according to the four chapters of introduction, case introduction, case analysis and case revelation.Firstly, the research background and significance of data correction are expounded. The redundancy of measurement network, significant error detection and data coordination are reviewed. The research status and application of data correction and MES are introduced, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research..Secondly,it introduces the application of MES system in the petrochemical field, the main integrated architecture and functions of the system, and the material balance method currently used.It summarizes the industry characteristics of petrochemical logistics data and the pre-processing of data merging and review before the material balance process. At present, the order of the material balance process of G Petrochemical Company is the device layer, the scheduling layer, and the statistical layer. The constraints between the layers are insufficient. It points out that there are data conversion introduce errors, data transmission timeliness needs to be improved, measurement data sources are inconsistent, and data The correction analysis is lacking and other issues. The feasibility of the material leveling strategy is discussed in the light of the actual situation. The general solution method of the covariance Q matrix is compared with the simplified estimation method of constructing the Q matrix by the measurement accuracy of the measurement. The results show that the simplified estimation method is effective and feasible.Taking the material balance of the catalytic reforming unit as an example, based on the least squares method and emphasizing the constraints between the levels, the multi-level logistics management model with the order of the statistical layer, the scheduling layer and the device layer is applied, and the level is utilized efficiently.High-precision data and data from different sources increase the redundancy of data correction, remove significant errors, and improve the accuracy of overall balance results. Finally, starting from the material balance demand under the multi-level structure of petrochemical enterprises, the enlightenment of rational application of hierarchical modeling, enhanced data correction and analysis, implementation of statistical fine management, and efficient use of balanced data results are obtained.Pay attention to the extraction of data value, transfer the management focus to management data information, and transform management from tangible to intangible.
