Change could not avoid in project management.The project change evaluation in medium & small enterprises is more depending on the project manager's experience.Therefore in a complicated project environment,it is really difficult to have completed assessment.In this thesis,applying the theory of PMBOK as a guide to the project change management research,introducing the S lighting development project in O company as a case study for small and medium enterprises change management key factors.Based on the practical problems in small and medium enterprises,to explore the change management contradictions in product development projects,in order to solve the problem with focus.Using change management theory from PMBOK and APQC process to guiding the research,analysis the O company project management status,summed up the found out problems in change management.Followed with interview to experts,brainstorming and ANP method to analysis the change factors with respect to Benefit,Opportunity,Cost,Risk(BOCR)and establish the analysis model,found out 10 key factors causing changes by the qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,conduct further analysis to the 10 key factors in change management by ISM method,find out the logical relationship between the root cause factory & key factors,provides feasible suggestion to project manager for general project management with focus.The thesis achieves following research results: 1)Analysis of O company lighting product development projects in the status of change management and the existence of the four major problems.2)Through the ANP method to determine the ten key factors that affect the project change lead by O company's product strategy which is unique design fusion leading technique,and combined with PMBOK's change control theory proposing solution to the problems in the O company change management.3)To establish a logical relational structural model by ISM method,and use the logical relationship of key factors to help project manager solve the problem of change management to other projects better.In all,the thesis integrates several system engineering analysis methods to conduct qualitatively and quantitatively analyze on the key factors of project change management in O company,in order to assist project managers find solutions to project change problems quickly and objectively,to carry out change assessment quickly,and less depending on personal experience,finally improving the project change management in O company.Hope the research in the thesis could provide feasible suggestions for the change management for product development project in small and medium-sized enterprises.
