Research On The Method And Application Of International Project Bidding Chance Decision

In recent years, the external contract trade of China has got rapid development. Under the condition of drastically competitive construction market, acquiring opportunity to contract project by tendering is an indispensable section in Construction Corporation. The international project tendering is a complex and highly risk practice conduct, therefore, how to use scientific method, analyze factors and avoid waste of manpower and material resource, consequently earning more chance with limited resource at bidding chance decision stage is an important strategic subject to International Engineering Contract field.Based on researching bidding decision methods in existence as a bidder, the international project tendering influence factors have been analyzed comprehensively. In allusion to most factors having gray characteristics, it's an attempt using Grey Comprehensive Assessment to resolve International Project Bidding Chance Decision.After review of interrelated subjects, this paper definitudes the phase matter of bidding decision, and then puts forward the concept of bidding chance decision in order to confirm the researching range. It lucubrates on four methods and three models of bidding decision and analyzes each characteristic for indicating their theory researching value and application localization. This paper also does research on the influence factors, and then strikes up the variable selecting system of International Project Bidding Chance Decision.On the foundation of above research, this paper resolves the bidding chance decision with Grey Comprehensive Assessment model according to most factors have grey character, then particularly expounds the process with one project. With Grey Comprehensive Assessment, the approach tries to reduce the subjectivity but enhances the practicability and maneuverability, provides an advantageous method for company making Bidding Decision. In the end of this paper, it prospects the research aspect for the future combining with unresolved problems and current researching evolvements.
