Project schedule management is an important aspect of project management,as project investment management,Project quality management,is one of the important measures to ensure that the project is completed on schedule or reasonably arranged resource supply,saving engineering cost.This paper takes China's main nuclear power equipment manufacturer D company as the research object,and uses empirical analysis,comparative analysis and combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to combine the basic principles of critical chain technology with the problems existing in D company's current project schedule management.Through the application research,the conclusions of the key chain technology are more suitable for the progress management of the D company project than the traditional project schedule management method.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the research,and through the relevant academic literature to understand the research status at home and abroad,determines the content and method of the research;secondly introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of schedule management,constraint theory,key chain,etc.The general situation of D company A product production project,describes the status quo of D company's progress management,and points out the existing problems;this paper focuses on building the key chain based on the data of the A product(HL project A product)actually produced by D company.The progress management model researches and optimizes the production schedule management of nuclear power equipment of Company D.The research content mainly includes three parts: key chain project schedule,buffer setting and key chain project schedule control;through the above research,it provides nuclear power equipment production projects.A scientific and effective schedule management model has broadened the key chain in the applicable field of project management,and has reference and demonstration role for the progress management of the same type of enterprises in the future.Finally,this paper analyzes the above research results and draws the main project management enlightenment At the same time,pointing out the inadequacies of this research and suggesting possible future research directions.
