Study On Renovation Problems And Countermeasures Of Shantytowns In Jinshui District Of Zhengzhou City

With the accelerating of China's social and economic development speed,and rapidly promote the level of national economy,have accelerated the speed of urbanization,build the socialist new civilized city,improve the development of the city environment,improve the level of modernization of the city become the urban construction in China,such as one of the most important task.To achieve the urbanization transformation,we have to face some existing problems.Among them,shantytown reconstruction is an important livelihood issue that affects urban image development and social harmonious development.It is urgent to carry out the renovation of shantytowns.However,it can be seen that the progress of the shantytown reconstruction projects in various regions is not very smooth,and there are still many problems in this process,which directly affects the realization of the effect of shantytown reconstruction.This paper chooses Jinshui district of Zhengzhou as an example.Through investigation,it is found that shantytowns in Jinshui district are not always ideal,and many problems have been highlighted.Its practice investigation and research are representative to a certain extent.Therefore,based on the field survey of shantytowns in Jinshui district and their existing problems,the author expounds on how to strengthen the strategic content of shantytowns in Jinshui district by combining relevant theories.Specifically,the research content of this article mainly through the method of literature study,investigation and analysis of actual thorough development.first,the government role theory,the new urbanization construction theory and public investment theory as the theoretical basis,emphatically points out that the current main problems of shanty towns transformation is transforming coordination difficulties,demolition plan to limit,financing difficulties,the government's administrative supervision and weak and the government's housing security work behind.The main reasons for these problems are the insufficient financing capacity of the government,the low efficiency of macro-control and the lack of policy implementation capacity.In view of these problems,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the renovation experience of shantytowns in Jilin province,Dalian and some areas of Beijing,and then puts forward the countermeasures for improving the renovation of shantytowns in Jinshui district of Zhengzhou.Second,it is necessary to improve the compensation scheme system.Third,we should implement the supervisory mechanism of shantytown reconstruction in Jinshui district.Finally,we should give full play to the participation of all parties.Only in this way can we continue to improve measures to promote the shantytown reconstruction in Jinshui district.
