A Study On The Construction Of The Resettlement House In The Shantytown Of Zhengzhou

As an important livelihood of the people,the reconstruction of resettlement houses in shantytown is not only an important part of the development of new urbanization,but also an important measure to improve demolished residents livelihood.The construction of rehousing houses in shantytown can further solve the living conditions of low-and middle-income people and residents who have been demolished and promote the continuous development of urbanization construction.To improve the living conditions of low-income urban residents is an important livelihood problem.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of resettlement houses in shantytowns to improve demolished residents livelihood and promote social harmony and stability.On the basis of fully reading the relevant documents and proceeding from the actual situation in Zhengzhou,I analyzed the present situation of the construction and management of rehousing houses in shantytown.Combined with the advanced theory and practical experience at home and abroad,I found the problems in the construction of the reconstruction and resettlement houses in the shantytown of Zhengzhou,and put forward some countermeasures to solve them.In this paper,the research background is the importance of shantytown reconstruction and resettlement house construction to the development of Zhengzhou new urbanization and the construction of national central city.Through the methods of literature analysis,social investigation,empirical analysis and comparative research.This paper deeply analyzes the problems of the policy imperfect,the mechanism imperfect,the supervision not in place,the lack of funds,the government follow-up service imperfect,the concept of human settlement urgent to change in the early,middle and late stage of the construction of the rehousing house in the shantytown of Zhengzhou,etc.Guided by the frontier theory and drawing lessons from the advanced experiences of other regions in China.This paper puts forward a series of optimization countermeasures: to deepen the research of shantytown reform policy,to formulate effective policies for the benefit of the people,to transform the functions of the government,to integrate the functions of the departments,to rebuild the organizational structure,and to strengthen the double supervision inside and outside the system.We should raise funds through multiple channels,construct diversified commercial financing structure,strengthen publicity of public opinion,strengthen propaganda of policy,organize community activities,promote the sense of existence of community residents,and strengthen the construction of community autonomy.Improve the level of community management.
