Research On Personalized Logistics Service Of Logistics Enterprises

With the continuous development of social economy,the modern logistics industry has already entered into a rapid development stage.Modern logistics always put the customer first.Logistics service should regard customer satisfaction as the goal under the premise of customer requirements to achieve win-win.At present,individualized demand has become a main trend of social development.Although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of in-depth researchs on personalized logistics services from lean logistics,agile logistics,customized logistics and so on.There still exist some separations between theoretical research and application practice.Therefore,this paper will connect theory with practice,and take customer needs as the breakthrough point.The content of this article will be carried out from the following parts:(1)Requirements elicitation.The first and most important part of the development of personalized logistics service is to find and satisfy the personalized needs of customer.As a professional statistical analysis tool of requirement,Kano model can be more scientific and effective to excavate the customer personalized logistics needs.(2)Requirements transformation.To achieve the productization and materialization of customer personalized logistics needs,internet products and personalized logistics service platform should be exploited based on the research results.The transformation from design methods to time and space and the productization of customer needs can be realized by transforming the abstract research of service design into specific design products.(3)Build personalized logistics service network.Put customer personalized logistics needs on the personalized logistics service platform,and make the personalized logistics service products iteratively update and improve by themselves,which are more suitable for the actual logistics demands of the customer group.Developing more personalized logistics service products for customer is an significant goal which modern logistics industry invests more resources to strive for.Research on personalized logistics service provides new ideas for logistics enterprises to develop personalized logistics service products.Therefore,this topic has great research value in the future development.
