Industrial Computer Tomograghy (ICT) has been increasingly used in every field of industry. The test objects of ICT are industrial products, which have different shape, weight, composing, test requirements, etc. So ICT should be produced according to the specifications of the customers. In the customized mode, enterprises must directly face the special requirements of the individual customer or a customer base. On the basis of original products, companies need to develop some functions and structure the basis of the special requirements of customers. The features of quality function deployment (QFD) can be precisely tailored to meet the good manufacturing requirements.QFD's history and development of the status at home and abroad is described, the necessity, the main content and the key issues to be resolved are analyzed. Subsequently, the concept of QFD, the establishment methods of quality house and QFD model are described, the shortage and limitations are obtained. the problem establishing the quality house should pay attention to, the implementation methods and QFD work steps are analyzed. The integration of various management ideas and methods are analyzed, such as QFD and TRIZ, QFD and FMEA, QFD and Taguchi methods, QFD and SPC, QFD and concurrent engineering. Then, the steps of QFD customer demand access, conversion, analysis, and ICT system knowledge are applied to build the quality house.Subsequently, various parameters on the basis of methods are analyzed. Understanding customs' needs may be a challenge for quality function development (QFD). Kano's model has a unique way of identifying customs' needs in more detail by assigning different categories to different requirements, so Kano's model is integrated into QFD. Matzler and Hinterhuber's approach is advanced by including a widely accepted scoring method and a statistical significance test for integrating Kano results into QFD. It also includes an application of this proposed methodology on Industrial Computer Tomograghy to demonstrate its usefulness.
