With the rapid development of cloud computing technology,single logistics cloud service can not meet the diverse needs of users.Therefore,the logistics cloud service composition problem has received extensive attention and research.This paper choose cloud service providers for application scenarios,constructing logistics cloud service index system.Using improved TOPSIS method to complete the cloud service provider selection and improved ant colony algorithm to find a group of best logistics cloud service composition.The research of this paper will not only saves the cost and time for the enterprise,but also lays the foundation for improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly,this article analyze domestic and foreign cloud service(QoS)evaluation index system and research status,combining the characteristics of logistics and constructing logistics service QoS evaluation index system.Secondly,this article use multiplication calculating integrated weights based on fuzzy AHP method and entropy method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes of cloud service and improved TOPSIS method to select logistics cloud service.This method can avoid the strong subjectivity of the index weight and the shortcoming of the lack of persuasiveness of the evaluation scheme.Finally,through in-depth study effect of the optimal path list and roulette wheel selection mechanism on slow convergence and easy to fall into the local optimal solution shortcomings of ant colony algorithm,the establishment of logistics cloud services portfolio optimization model based on improved ant colony algorithm.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm mentioned in this paper can well avoid stagnation and easy to fall into local optimum problem,at the same time,provide valuable advice for related enterprises to combinatorial optimization of cloud services provider.
