In Recent years, due to the rapid development of e-business in the field of logistics, the requirement of logistical enterprise for the reliability and freshness become higher and higher. Facing to the increasing needs of goods dispatching, how to solve the hysteresis of logistical sevice is extremely important. In order to improve the quality of logistical service, the combinatorial algorithm of dynamic logistical service that bases on Qos will be designed through establishing the Qos model of logistical service in this paper. In this way, the three-stage algorithm for dynamic combination of logistics service will finally carry out that it can decrease the time consume of combinatorial logistical service and improve the service quality of combinatorial service as a whole. To be specific, the following aspects will be concluded in this paper:1) Describe the problems of logistical service and goods dispatching that exist in actual logistical environment, and give them formalize definitions. Basing on these definitions, describe the the problems of service combination in logistics and introduce the solution methods of these problems. In addition, analyze the time complexity within the solution of logistical service combination problems.2) Analyze the parameters in the field of logistical service, and introduce the Qos evaluation model of logistical service. Through this model, each promising Qos of logistical service can be gained. When calculating the promising Qos of logistical service, through introducing the subjective favors of users and the objective evaluations of professors to the calculation of the parameters within logistical services, the WKL of the parameters within the quality of logistical service will be gained. At the same time, due to various cheats existing in opening logistical environments that leads to the distrusting in the promising Qos of logistical service, introduce the concept of reliability on service quality, and synthetically consider the Qos of logistical service by reliability and promising Qos of service.3) Introduce a three-stage algorithm for dynamic combination of logistics service. This algorithm aims to combine various kinds of logistical service according to the needs of users, and form a route of logistical service that can satisfy the needs of users. This method mainly includes three steps. The first step is to dispatch several ants at the start point of logistical route, which simulates the method of ants finding the way, and to find out various logistical routes that can satisfy users'needs of goods dispatching. The second step mainly aims at the result of the first step that it adds service relevance in various routes and forms a network of service relevance. What's more, according to the result of the second step, the third step aims to find out the logistical routes that can satisfy the needs of goods dispatching and the favours of logistics agents. By using this method it can provides a logistical service route with better service quality in an acceptable period.4) Through achieving this method in the logistical platform and making series of comparisons, it can be proved that the three-stage algorithm for dynamic combination of logistics service is having brilliant capabilities of time saving and solution finding. What's more, the necessity of three-stage optimization in this method is texted and verified. In addition, the value ranges of the adjustable parameter within this method are also concluded. The research findings in this paper enrich the research in the fields of logistical service quality and service combination. At the time, it is valuable to achieve the academic research in logistical platform.
