Credit card business is the fundamental business of banks.Hangzhou bank credit card business is being hit hard by Internet finance.Under the attack of Internet financial products such as borrowing and choking,the overall development of credit card business of traditional commercial banks is not optimistic.The new generation of payment tools represented by Alipay and WeChat,with various channels to influence consumers' payment habits,also produce a relatively popular word "flow realisation",which deeply affects the traditional development mode and business mode of China's financial industry.This is the progress of the combination of Internet and finance,and it is also forcing the reform of our banking and financial institutions.It also includes local banks such as Hangzhou bank.Hangzhou Bank is one of the important financial institutions in East China.Its business covers the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Bay and other important economic zones.The development of credit card business is also one of the important performance indicators.Hangzhou bank has been losing money in recent years,so it is in urgent need of transformation.When this paper focuses on the following contents: first,clear the research background and significance,research methods and content,combing the research status and basic theory at home and abroad,with the theory of transformation and development and production differentiation as the theoretical support of this paper;secondly,analysis of Hangzhou bank credit card business development status and existence.The third part formulates the transformation strategy and implementation strategy of the credit card business of Hangzhou Bank.The strategy is centered on the idea of "new retail",through the four aspects of the acquisition link,consumption link and customer management personnel.Face strategy to achieve transformation strategy.Finally,the corresponding safeguards are put forward.
