In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,car ownership per capital increased gradually,making auto insurance business in insurance company develop exceptionally rapidly,and now the vehicle insurance premium income has become the major business.For the major insurance companies,auto insurance business has become a key factor in its management.Auto insurance business classifies into two parts: underwriting and claims.Since the underwriting business directly affects the company's premium income and staff's own performance,the customer satisfaction level of the underwriting part is relatively high.However,due to the imperfect system and supervision in the claims process,the customer satisfaction level of the claims is relatively low.Therefore,problems in claims part seriously affect the company's customer renewal rate and the company claims business risk of payment,which affect the company's operating income indirectly.At present,the issues of insurance claims gradually become an important factor restricting the development of auto insurance business.In our thesis,in allusion to auto insurance claims business in R property insurance Co.,Ltd.First of all,it elaborates the relevant theories of automobile insurance claims process optimization;then analyzes the claims process of R insurance company and finds out the problems of the process from the point of customers' satisfaction;After that,the objectives and principles of the business process optimization of auto insurance claims are clarified,and the process optimization plan is designed.The effect analysis is carried out from the perspective of customer,intracompany and employees' learning,then improving the efficiency of claims of auto insurance in R property insurance company and increasing the satisfaction of customers in claims service.
