Inventory is a double-edged sword.Inventory is too large,the company will take up a lot of liquidity;inventory is too small,the company cannot meet customer needs in time,will result in lower levels of business services,affecting corporate reputation.Therefore,the adoption of appropriate inventory control and management methods,is essential for any one enterprise.Inventory turnover is one of the most important indexes to evaluate inventory management performance.Six Sigma management method is based on the needs of the times and business generated and in business practice and constantly improve and develop a set of scientific,rigorous and efficient quality management of new ideas.Six Sigma is the core of a set of statistics-based activities,so that enterprises in the operational capacity to achieve the best level.In this paper,L rubber company case study materials,first of all,combined with ABC classification method to improve the traditional inventory turnover formula,highlighting the primary and secondary relationship between inventory products,the inventory turnover situation can more objectively reflect the level of inventory turnover,to provide a reference for the enterprise inventory management;Secondly,by comparison to determine the L company inventory management level indicators inventory turnover,as the main research object of this paper;Third,through inventory management system and inventory turnover rate analysis L rubber Plastic inventory management status and reasons,the use of Six Sigma DMAIC method to determine the L rubber and plastics company's goal,the use of causal matrix and FEMA filter variables and data collection,regression analysis and double-sample T test to find the reasons for the impact of inventory turnover to Improve and control,so that the results will not improve the process back to the original,fundamentally improve the L rubber company's inventory turnover,improve the L rubber and plastics company's inventory management level.
