The employee stock ownership policy not only has a significant impact on the related personnel,but also has a certain impact on the performance of the company,especially the information technology listed companies.As a start-up enterprise,the information technology listed companies often use ESOP in the early stages to stimulate the motivation of employees' work and eliminate the conflicts of interest.At the same time,it also realizes the combination of short-term and long-term schemes of salary management,which has a great relationship with the implementation of enterprise production management and the performance of the company.This paper will use theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods to study the impact of ESOP on corporate performance in information technology companies.First,it introduces the background,significance and thinking of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis and summarizes the related literature.Then,it introduces the implementation status and problems analysis of ESOP in China's information technology listed companies.Combined with the above analysis,theory and literature review,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis that the employee stock ownership of information technology companies has a positive(or negative)impact on the company performance.Determine the scope of sample selection,explain the choice of variables,model construction for empirical analysis of the model to obtain empirical results.Finally,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the ESOP and corporate performance.Through the empirical analysis,we can better understand the relationship between employee stock ownership and corporate performance,and find that the employee stock ownership in the information technology listed companies has a significant positive impact on the company performance.Employee stock ownership,as a benefit-sharing mechanism in which employees participate in business decision-making,closely links employee income with company stock value.The employee stock ownership plan carried out by the information technology listed companies has conveyed the positive signal to the outside world,and thus the stock growth has been pulled in the short term,and the market performance has been promoted.And this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the scientific formulation of the employee stock ownership system of Listed Companies in China,hoping to promote the development of the listed companies in China.
