Economic globalization and fast scientific and technological progress,human beings have entered the information age in an all-round way.At the same time,in the epidemic situation,Complex changes in economic situation,and the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.H Information Technology Company,as a company providing comprehensive services for the digital transformation of enterprises,has a good momentum of development in recent years.Among them,the company’s project manager has made great contributions.Under the situation of opportunities and challenges,how to implement a scientific performance appraisal scheme and establish and improve the project manager’s performance appraisal system is of great significance for improving the company’s future core competitiveness,improving the management level and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the project manager.Therefore,in order to effectively promote the project manager to work hard,it is imperative for H Information Technology Company to design a scientific and effective project manager performance appraisal scheme.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,research purpose and significance,present situation at home and abroad,and research ideas and shell frame.The second chapter reviews the existing research achievements at home and abroad around performance appraisal,and discusses them from the basic concepts,theoretical basis and common methods.Based on the existing research,the thesis takes the performance appraisal of the project manager of H Information Technology Company as the research object,The third chapter introduces the basic situation of H Information Technology Company,describes the current situation of project manager performance appraisal,points out the existing problems of project manager performance appraisal,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems of project manager performance appraisal.For this reason,the fourth chapter puts forward the design idea of the performance appraisal scheme for the project manager of H Information Technology Company,establishes the performance appraisal index system for the project manager of H Information Technology Company,describes the implementation procedure of the performance appraisal for the project manager of H Information Technology Company,clarifies how to implement the performance appraisal interview and appeal,and expounds the application of the results of the performance appraisal scheme for the project manager.In the fifth chapter,according to the actual situation of H Information Technology Company,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project manager performance appraisal plan,supporting measures are proposed from four aspects.In the sixth chapter,the research conclusions are summarized and the research prospects are put forward.Based on the basic theories and methods of performance appraisal,this paper constructs a project manager performance appraisal scheme and puts forward supporting measures for the current situation and problems of the project manager performance appraisal of H Information Technology Company,which provides preliminary theoretical guidance for the project manager performance appraisal scheme of H Information Technology Company,enriches the management practice of H Information Technology Company,and takes this opportunity to promote the scientific management level of the company and promote the development of the company.
