LONT is a strong manufacturing private company industry specializing in healthy living appliances.At present,the competition of small home appliance market in our country is very fierce,and the product renewal speed of each enterprise is fast.For LONT company,how can we effectively combine the current market industry and the current situation of the company? To establish a relatively perfect development path for the strategic development of the company,so that the company can compete in the fierce market be able to stand out,this also is the key that the company needs to pay attention to at present.In this paper,as the main research object,the author makes an analysis and research on the internal factors and external factors existing in the company by using the corresponding disciplines such as strategic management and management,and analyzes the internal factors and external factors existing in the company by using the five-force model analysis method and the SCP analysis method.Then,the development opportunities and market challenges faced by the company are put forward.Then,the development ability of the company in the market competition is researched through the analysis of competitiveness,resource analysis and capability analysis.Then,the SW is adopted to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company in the market competition.The analysis method of OT is mainly combined with the development opportunity and potential threat of the company in the external environment,and the strategic development measures of the company in the future are obtained.Finally,through the systematic analysis of the article,it is put forward that the main strategic structure of the company should be the growth strategy,the purpose of which is to establish the core competitiveness of automated production.At the same time,the strategy adjustment measures of marketing,R & D and productivity are put forward to support the above mentioned strategic development.
