Research On The Pricing Of Traffic Congestion Charges Based On Game Theory

Traffic jam has become a bottleneck for the sustainable development of Kunming.Congestion problems not only increase the cost of living,but also greatly add the commercial vehicle transportation cost.In recent years,Kunming municipal government has increased the supply of road traffic to solve the problem of traffic jam and achieved certain effect.However,Instead of simply increase traffic supply rather than eradicate the problem,it will cause a vicious cycle"increase the supply of road traffic---improve the imbalance between supply and demand---add the number of vehicles---cause imbalance between supply and demand---increase the supply of road traffic".Therefore,looking for solutions according to people's demands has realistic significance for Kunming traffic jam.Traffic congestion charge is one of the effective means of traffic demand management.and how to price the traffic congestion charge is a difficult problem of traffic congestion fee.From the perspective of Game Theory,this paper analyzes the inner causes of road congestion as well as the feasibility of congestion charge,combines with the basic knowledge of the Game Theory to build the charging model of traffic congestion fee,and according to the actual situation of Kunming,imports traffic data into the charging model to deduce the relationship between the traffic congestion charge and the traffic flow,eventually provides an effective calculation method for the Kunming traffic congestion charge.
