A multibody system is a system with a complex structure,generally consisting of a plurality of rigid bodies and flexible bodies connected to one another in a specific manner.It is closely related to the fields of vehicle design,robotics,spacecraft control,biomechanics,and complex mechanical systems,and provides a theoretical basis for simulation software in practical projects.With the advancement and development of science and technology level and virtual reality technology,the analysis method of multi-body system has gradually turned to the direction of visualization.In this paper,based on flexible multi-body system dynamics modeling and numerical method,combined with computer graphics technology,computer-aided design,and interactive technology,the cable-joint arm is used as an example.The multi-body system dynamics modeling method is used to expand the stretch arm.Establish a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model and visualize it.The flexible multi-body system structure of the cable-joint-type extending arm is used to analyze the model,and its motion state and dynamic model of the rigid object and the flexible object are obtained.A unit dynamic model is constructed by coupling the flexible cable and the rigid truss in the structure.From one unit to multiple units,the Euler-Lagrangian equation is obtained.Using the discrete variation method based on Hermite interpolation to solve the equations,a three-dimensional geometric model of the stretch arms is constructed,and the animation results are combined with the calculation results.The construction scenario uses rendering pipeline technology to add lighting,textures,and perspective transformations to the overall model to give it a three-dimensional visual effect.Using QT to construct the interactive interface,a visual simulation of a cable-joint arm is finally realized.
