The selection of tourism planning scheme in ancient towns is a decision-making process involving multiple industries,multiple departments,multi-groups and multi-objective decision-making,which is a multi-attribute group decision making process.There are many kinds of subjects,including fuzzy mathematics,operations research,management,urban planning,etc.The essence of multi-attribute group decision is to use the existing decision data to sort the known finite kinds of schemes by one or several mathematical methods,and finally choose the optimal scheme.At present,many decision-making theories and decision-making methods are focused on individual decisions.For complex problems,individual decisions are often limited and biased towards the interests of one party.And multiple attribute group decision making method,can effectively overcome such problems,as far as possible,avoid the differences caused by subjective factors,really reflect the will of group,improve the level of decision-making,make decisions more scientific,more democratic.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research on cultural tourism,ancient town tourism and multi-attribute group decision at home and abroad,analyzes the present situation and problems in the development of ancient town,and analyzes the economic and social benefits of ancient town tourism development.Then use the WSR method to find out the influence factors of the western Sichuan on Urban Tourism Planning,establishing the evaluation index system of western sichuan ancient town tourism planning,using SPSS software to the established evaluation index system for the reliability analysis.The multi-attribute group decision model of ancient town tourism planning was established by using the multi-group decision theory,fuzzy semantic quantitative criterion and the evaluation index system of the ancient town of western sichuan.Finally,taking the tourism plan of xiaoquan ancient town as an example,and programming with RGui language,the feasibility of the multi-attribute group decision model of tourism planning in the western sichuan ancient town was verified.The innovation of this paper lies in the first time adopting multi-attribute group decision making method to select the plan of tourism planning of ancient towns in western Sichuan.The program of the multi-attribute group decision model for the tourism planning of Xiaoquan ancient town written in RGui language can also be directly applied to the comparison and selection of the tourism planning schemes of other ancient towns in the west of Sichuan,which provides a theoretical basis for the comparison and selection of the tourism planning plans of the ancient towns in the western part of Sichuan.
