As human beings enter the networked era of big data,information technology in the new era and massive decision data constantly affect human decision making environment,which further produce a large number of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making problems.On the basis of the existing researches,focusing on the problem of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making with grade information in fuzzy language environment,this paper comprehensively uses multiple theories and research tools such as multi-attribute decision making,group decision making and nonlinear optimization model to carry out systematic and in-depth research in the aspects of expert comprehensive weighting,grade information fusing,attribute comprehensive weighting and alternatives hierarchical ordering.The main research results are as follows:(1)Focusing on the problem of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making with grade information in fuzzy language environment,a method of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making based on dominance diagram is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of the definition of fuzzy language uncertainty and similarity,two kinds of expert weight calculation methods are proposed,and then the comprehensive weights of experts is obtained by integrating the two kinds of weight information.At the same time,according to the individual grading information provided by the experts,the dominance diagram between the alternatives is constructed,and combined with the dominant relationship between the alternatives,a minimum deviation optimization model is established to determine the final grade of the alternatives.Then,WA operator and comprehensive weights of experts are used to aggregate the individual decision matrixes,and combined with the final grade information of the alternatives,a maximized discrimination optimization model is established to solve the attribute weights under different levels,so as to obtain the final ranking results of the alternatives in each level.The proposed method takes full account of the grade information provided by experts and realizes the hierarchical sequence of the alternatives,which is helpful to obtain more reasonable and reliable decision results.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified by example analysis of the evaluation and selection of green suppliers in coal enterprises and comparative experiments.(2)Focusing on the problem of multi-stage heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making with grade information in fuzzy language environment,a multi-stage heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making method considering decision maker’s risk attitude is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of considering the importance that decision makers assign to different stages,an optimization model with the goal of maximizing the discrimination degree within a stage and the closeness degree of each stage is constructed to calculate the weight of every stage.Then,the stage weight is used to aggregate the comprehensive evaluation values of each stage to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative.Then,an alternatives rating mechanism is established which considers decision makers’ risk attitude under multiple stages.The upper and lower limits of comprehensive evaluation value of alternative in each level are determined by risk attitude factor,and the number of alternatives in each level is determine by considering the grading situation of each stage comprehensively,so as to achieve the final classification of alternatives.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by example analysis and comparative analysis.(3)A green supplier evaluation and selection system based on heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making is designed and developed based on the method proposed in this paper.The system allows evaluators to freely choose suppliers for evaluation.Evaluation information can be probabilistic language or hesitant fuzzy language.According to the evaluation information and grade information given by the evaluator,the system will calculate and get the fine-grained comprehensive weights of the evaluators,the final grade of the alternatives and the fine-grained weights of the evaluation indexes.Furthermore,the above weight information is used to aggregate the evaluation information and determine the final grade and ranking results of the alternatives.In addition,the system can aggregate and process the supplier evaluation information of multiple stages,helping coal enterprises to complete the evaluation and selection of suppliers with high efficiently and quality.The research results of this paper provide a new idea and a method for heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making with grade information under fuzzy language environment,enrich and improve the theory and method of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making,and provide a powerful theoretical basis and technical support for practical decision making problems such as supplier selection,emergency decision making,hotel selection,etc.
