In this paper,two nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,pyridine and quinoline,were selected as the research substrates.Both pyridine and quinoline are refractory organic compounds,which are highly toxic and can cause cancer,teratogenicity and mutagenicity.At the same time,pyridine and quinoline are widely present in many industrial wastewaters such as coking wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater,and pharmaceutical wastewater,which makes pyridine and quinoline a type of pollutant that has attracted much attention in the environmental field.This topic is aimed at two kinds of pollutants,pyridine and quinoline.In the first step,the pyridine quinolin mixture is used to direct the domesticated sludge,and then the three strains of pure bacteria are separated and screened from the sludge supernatant by sieving sieving.Bacillus tropicus,Bacillus aquimaris,Rhodococcus ruber;In the second step,three kinds of pure bacteria were used to decompose pyridine,quinoline and pyridine quinoline mixture by three combinations of single strain,strain mixture and strain mixing;Two intermediate products,firstly,three strains of pure bacteria are degraded by dihydroquinoline in a combination of a single strain,a mixture of strains and a mixture of strains,and secondly,two kinds of sludge are mixed with a single strain and each strain.The dihydroxypyridine is degraded in combination.In the experiment,when the strains were combined with each other,the ratio was 1:1,the initial concentrations of pyridine and quinoline were both 1mM.Based on the above experiments,the following three questions are explored:(1)In three strains of pure bacteria,a highly efficient degrading bacterium is determined according to the degradation effect of a single strain on the mixture of pyridine,quinoline and pyridinequinoline;(2)Degradation of three substrates pyridine,quinoline and pyridinequinoline mixture and the formation and degradation of intermediates dihydroxypyridine and dihydroxyquinoline in a single strain and combination of strains;The degradation of dihydroxyquinoline in the pure strain of strain strain and the combination of each strain;the degradation of dihydroxypyridine by the combination of sludge and single strain and all strains;(3)Analyze and determine the type of interaction between the three strains of pure bacteria and its mechanism.The results and conclusions of the experiment are as follows:(1)By comparing the length of time required for the three substrates pyridine,quinoline,and pyridinequinoline to be completely degraded under the conditions of each single strain,it was found that R.ruber takes the shortest time,and B.tropicus and B.aquimaris take longer.Therefore,R.ruber is a highly efficient degrading bacterium.(2)For quinoline,under the combination of a single strain and each strain,the strains are favorable for the degradation of quinoline when mixed with each other.The more the mixed strain,the better the degradation effect of quinoline,and at the same time,the intermediate dihydroxyl The formation and degradation of quinoline is also faster.For pyridine,under the combination of a single strain and each strain,the strains are favorable for the degradation of pyridine when mixed with each other.The more the mixed strains,the better the degradation effect of pyridine,and at the same time,the formation of the intermediate dihydroxypyridine.Also faster.For the pyridinequinoline mixture,under the combination of a single strain and each strain,the strains are mixed with each other to facilitate the degradation of the pyridinequinoline mixture.The more the mixed strains,the better the degradation effect on the pyridinequinoline mixture.At the same time,the formation of the intermediate dihydroxypyridine and the formation and degradation of dihydroxyquinoline are also faster.For dihydroxyquinoline,under the combination of a single strain and each strain,the strains are favorable for the degradation of dihydroxyquinoline when mixed with each other,and the more the number of mixed strains,the better the degradation effect of dihydroxyquinoline.For dihydroxypyridine,under the condition that the sludge is mixed with a single strain and each strain,the sludge and each strain are mixed better than the sludge and the single strain to degrade the dihydroxypyridine.(3)In this subject,there is a synergistic effect between the various strains.For pyridine,each strain is mixed with each other to accelerate the degradation of pyridine by accelerating the formation of the intermediate dihydroxypyridine;For quinoline,each strain is mixed with each other to accelerate the degradation of quinoline by accelerating the formation and degradation of the intermediate dihydroxyquinoline.
