1.Objective:To explore the influence of circadian rhythm disorder on the body composition of adult female, and to analyze the effect of physical activity on the body composition of female population, and to put forward some Suggestions and scientific sports intervention countermeasures.2.Methods:A total of 100 healthy adult females, including female staff in Qufu Foot Bath Club and doctors and nurses in Qufu People’s Hospital, were selected as the research objects.According to the working schedule and age,the subjects were divided into four groups(20-30 disorder group,31-40 disorder group,20-30 normal group,31-40 normal group).According to the exercise condition, the people with the same age disorder were divided into exercise acclimatization group and non-exercise acclimatization group. The indexes of body composition of subjects were tested by body composition tester, and the differences were compared.3.Results:There was no significant difference in water and muscle indexes between 20-30 years old disorder group and 31-40 years old disorder group(P > 0.05).Among the fat indexes, the percentage of body fat was significantly different(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat level and waist-hip ratio(P < 0.001).In the comparison of different age groups of normal rhythm population, compared with the normal group aged 20-30 and the normal group aged 31-40,there was no significant difference in total body water, total trunk water and water of left and right lower limbs(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in water of left and right upper limbs(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in total muscle mass, left and right lower extremities muscle mass and trunk muscle mass(P > 0.05),left and right upper extremities muscle mass(P < 0.05),and fat index(P < 0.05).In the same age rhythm disorder group and the normal group, there was no significant difference in body water, muscle and fat between 20 and 30 years old(P > 0.05).Compared with the normal group and the disordered group aged 31-40,there were significant differences in body water, trunk water and left and right lower limbs water(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in left and right upper limbs water(P > 0.05).In the comparison of muscle indexes, there were significant differences in total muscle mass and muscle mass of left and right lower extremities(P < 0.05);there were no significant differences in muscle mass of left and right upper extremities and trunk(P > 0.05);there were no significant differences in fat-free weight, visceral fat level and body fat percentage(P > 0.05);and there were no significant differences in body fat mass, visceral fat volume and subcutaneous fat measuring instruments. There was significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in body water, muscle mass, fat and other indicators between 20 to 30 years old women with the same age disorder in exercise acclimatization group and non-exercise acclimatization group(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in total body moisture, total trunk moisture and left and right lower extremities moisture between 31 and 40 years old(P < 0.05);there were no significant differences in left upper and right upper extremities moisture(P > 0.05);there were significant differences in total body muscle mass, trunk muscle mass and left lower extremity muscle mass(P < 0.05);there were no significant differences in muscle mass between left and right upper extremities(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in fat content, visceral fat content, subcutaneous fat content, visceral fat level and body fat percentage(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in fat-free weight and waist-hip ratio(P > 0.05).4.Conclusion:The circadian rhythm disorder will have a certain degree of influence on the proportion and content of the components of the body components of adult female of all ages.It is easy to cause the decrease of body water and muscle mass and the increase of fat mass in women over 30 years old.The exercise will improve the body composition index of female with circadian rhythm disorder, promote the increase of body moisture and muscle mass, and reduce the amount of fat.
