The study of quantum tunneling radiation spectrum of black holes is a hot topic in recent years.At present,the mainstream method is processed by the semi-classical model of Parikh and Wilczek,and the obtained radiation spectrum satisfies the principle of unitarity and supports the viewpoint of information conservation.However,the result obtained by this method is a proportional expression of the exponential function of the black hole entropy change,not a concrete radiation spectrum.And,when studying the quantum tunneling radiation spectrum of the global monopole black hole,it is only a proportional relationship too.In this paper,we first briefly review the Hawking radiation,black hole entropy and Parnkh-Wilczek tunneling radiation spectrum,and then introduce some properties of the black hole canonical ensemble model and the global monopole black hole.The idea is using the existing black hole canonical ensemble model to study the black hole quantum tunneling radiation spectrum,and treating the global monopole black hole and its shell as a thermodynamic system,then,calculate the partition function of the global monopole black hole radiation shell system to obtain the probability distribution function of the system.With the distribution function we can get the specific expression of the quantum tunneling radiation spectrum.
