This paper mainly studies the design and installation of the wide-angle Cherenkov telescope mirror adjustment system.The adjustment system consists of three parts: the support frame,the adjustment mechanism and the mirror.The core of the design lies in the comprehensive configuration of the adjustment mechanism.The adjustment mechanism of this paper selects the parallel mechanism and is connected in parallel.The mechanism acts on the adjustment and support stabilization of the mirror mirror.Through the research on the key technical problems of configuration,kinematics,statics,regulation simulation and adjustment experiment of parallel mechanism,the paper aims at the physical requirements and the performance index of the detector.Through the comprehensive analysis of the optical imaging chain of the telescope,the adjustment is finally completed.The design and assembly of the system,while effectively controlling costs and costs.main tasks as follows:In the whole text,while analyzing the position of the mirror 25 face mirror and the design of the support frame,the spatial condition and motion characteristics of the environment of the parallel mechanism are proposed.The structure of the mechanism is integrated by the spiral theory,and the 3-PSS/S is finally determined.Parallel mechanism.In order to ensure the overall stability and rigidity,the ball pair in the movement pair of 3-PSS/S mechanism is improved,and a SSR type composite ball pair suitable for the adjustment system is proposed;the stability and rigidity of the whole adjustment mechanism are made.Guaranteed and improved;in this design,the virtual prototype of the mechanism is drawn,and the inverse analytical solution of the mechanism is derived;the kinematics model is established,and the motion simulation of the mechanism is applied by Adams software.Finally,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the static deformation of the mechanism.At the same time,the optical confocal experiment is used to verify the adjustment time,convenience and adjustment process of the adjustment system.Through the process of design research and experiment,this paper finally obtains a mechanism with simple installation,convenient adjustment,reasonable motion space,good stability and high rigidity,which greatly optimizes the whole adjustment system.At the same time,the design also saves cost and cost while meeting the adjustment requirements.
