A hesitant fuzzy set is a set of membership elements that contains several possible values.The unique set form enables the hesitant fuzzy set to describe the uncertainty of the object to be evaluated more delicately,which is highly consistent with the hesitation situation that is common in real evaluation problems.The hesitant fuzzy set is therefore widely used in various evaluation problems.However,because of the particularity of the form,the general fuzzy set consistency test method cannot be applied to hesitant fuzzy sets.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study the method of consistency test for the particularity of hesitant fuzzy sets.This paper fully considers the particularity of hesitant fuzzy sets and delves into new consistency checking methods.In the fields of similarity,distance measurement,T-statistics,etc.,systematic research and exploration were carried out,and a consistency and practicality test method with certain practicability and innovation was obtained,which was introduced into the evaluation process.The main research work is as follows:(1)Study the distance measure of hesitant fuzzy sets,and discover the consistency test method based on the distance measure.Based on the hesitation fuzzy integration operator,the integration value of each hesitation fuzzy element is obtained respectively,and then the intra-element distance measure of each hesitation fuzzy element is obtained.To assess consistency by evaluating and analyzing distance measures to achieve inspection purposes.(2)Starting from the uncertainty of hesitant fuzzy elements,the T test method is introduced into the process of checking the consistency of hesitant fuzzy sets.The T test principle is used flexibly to determine whether there is a significant difference in the distribution of deviations in hesitant fuzzy elements,and then to judge the consistency of hesitant fuzzy sets.In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the method,the paper compares the test method laterally with and without credibility,and obtains satisfactory results.(3)An evaluation method of hesitant fuzzy set is established based on the process of consistency test.The consistency test results reflect the discrete degree of hesitant fuzzy elements,and then combined with the membership degree for comprehensive evaluation.The thesis applies this method to the problem of poverty alleviation and relocation,and establishes an evaluation model of poverty alleviation and relocation.Through the use of comprehensive evaluation methods,the results of location selection are obtained.
