A Multi-level DEMATEL Variable Weight Decision-making Method In Which The Scheme Is Associated With The Criterion

Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)as a complex system factor analysis method,based on a large number of qualitative analysis of the inherent regularity of decision-making problems and the causal relationship between various elements,can pass reasonable The calculation evaluates the interrelated system elements within the target problem and identifies key factors.In practical application,DEMATEL can only analyze the single linear relationship due to the factors in the system,which makes it difficult to reflect the multi-level complex relationship between the factors existing in the complex decision problem.At the same time,there is also the problem that there is no unified judgment standard,so that experts can judge the relationship under their own understanding,which is easy to produce large differences.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-level DEMATEL variable weight decision-making method to overcome these problems.The paper discusses the case of selecting suppliers,introduces the background and development of the company,and uses the decision model of this paper to carry out simulation verification.The analysis results prove that the decision model is feasible and can solve the actual decision problems of enterprises.The solution provides support.
