SBA-15 mesoporous material, wich possesses high surface area and pore volume, has generally been an ideal suppert candidate to obtain a highly dispersed metal catalyst. In recent years, supported noble metal catalysts in the field has become a hot research, especially in hydrogenation reactions exhibit excellent catalytic activity caused widespread concern of scholars.Noble metals Pd,Pt,Ru as the active constituent exhibit different activity and selectivity in cinnamic aldehyde hydrogenation.By doping transition metals Fe,Co,Ni adjustable temperature shift catalyst activity and selectivity of the hydrogenation reaction of cinnamic aldehyde.Pd/SBA-15,Pt/SBA-15,Ru/SBA-15 catalysts was preparated by the traditional impregnation?Pd,Pt,Ru loading was respectively 1%,2%,3%and 4wt%?.They were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption and XPS.SBA-15 catalyst keep highly ordered two-dimensional hexagonal mesoporous structure.XPS discover metal species on the catalyst. The catalyst prepared was subjected to the selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde. The selective hydrogenation reaction of cinnamyl aldehyde was selected C=C hydrogenation by Pd/SBA-15 catalyst,Pt/SBA-15 catalyst mainly for C=O and C=C hydrogenation and Ru/SBA-15 catalyst selected to the hydrogenation of C=C.By conventional impregnation method Fe,Co,Ni respectively doped in Pt/SBA-15catalysts.The catalyst keep special mesoporous structure of SBA-15.Doping with a transition metal the catalyst activity increased in cinnamic aldehyde hydrogenation.Fe,Co,Ni increase the selectivity of COL.XPS discover metal species on the catalyst. This is mainly due to the metal between the electronic effects.
